At Harmony, we collect data to ensure the design and delivery of our activities encourage attendance, academics, and positive behavior choices. Data guides student success in their schoolwork, in their relationships, and career development.

At Harmony, we evaluate our design and our direct and indirect services to ensure we are making a real difference for our students. We are held accountable by the Use of Time Calculator, our Advisory Council, and our school counseling program assessment.

At Harmony, we use data from our annual assessment reports and our annual student outcome goals to make informed decisions and improve our program. This ensures we have a positive student impact, targeting the specific student needs in our building and using our resources wisely.
